What can I do when my phone / device or card containing the Gold Units are stolen from me or lost?

Firstly, the Account Holder reports the device as having been stolen or lost and requests a replacement.

This will result in a hold being placed on the account.

Secondly, there is a procedure to be followed in relinking your new phone / device or card to your account.

Thirdly, in the unlikely event that someone has used the device to transact in Gold Units, while the device was lost or stolen, such details must be reported for further investigation and action by GGMF.
