What is GGMF’s Organisational Structure?

The Organisational Structure of GGMF is recorded in Article XI of the GGMF Articles of Agreement.

The Founding Member, together with the Board of Ambassadors, an Executive Board, a Managing Director, and a staff comprise the Organisational Structure of the Fund.

Please note the following additional aspects:

1. On December 1, 2023, a Global Headquarters Agreement was concluded between GGMF and Ministerial National Confederation of Indigenous People, Assembly of First Nations Philippines & Federal Maharlika Monarchy (the “Confederation”).
2. Regional Headquarters Agreements will be put in place; and,
3. In each country, an Ambassador, Deputy Ambassador and local staff will be appointed to represent GGMF and provide assistance on the ground.
