What is the “Early Adopter Premium”?

In terms of Article II (i) and Article III Section 3.01 (l)(iii) of the Articles of Agreement, GGMF shall pay the Treasury Department of a Country Member who becomes a Country Member of the Fund a special “Adopter” allocation of fifteen percent (15%) of the total value of all local FIAT Currencies, converted into Gold Units.

NOTE: This excludes any new FIAT Currency created under the Debt Forgiveness Process or any funds made available by the Fund under the Special Purpose Funds program.

In addition, to the special “Adopter” allocation, under Article III Section 3.01 (l)(iii), an “Early Adopter Premium” is payable to Original Country
Members, who will receive an early adopter premium of 33.33% (e.g., a 20% allocation instead of 15%).

It is suggested that the Article entitled “What is the difference between Original Country Members and Other Country Members?” is very pertinent and should be thoroughly understood by potential Country Members.
