What is the role of the Program Manager?

A Program Manager may be one of the following appointed by GGMF:

  • law firms;
  • accounting and auditing firms; or,
  • consulting firms.

The Role of the Program Manger is to undertake such work specified by GGMF in the following areas:

  1. Debt Conversion and Forgiveness Program;
  2. New and simplified system of taxation, which reflects the annual savings achieved following the removal of the country’s debt;
  3.  Reviewing, approving and reporting to GGMF on the tender process followed in respect of every tender processed by either the Country Member’s (“State”) Tender Board (or their equivalent) OR the Special Purpose Funds (“SPF”) Tender Board. This is necessary to ensure that the Gold Units, that are Holy to Yahweh, are utilised correctly in the best interests of all Sovereign Individuals of the Country; and,
  4. Any other area as specified by GGMF to monitor and protect the integrity and security of the Gold Units allocated to the Country Member.
